What site profile are you trying to Include? Please try it with "iPokerNew"
What error are you getting? Is it failing to detect the table when you press F9?
If it still fails, then please use the SaT menu for Help->Diagnostic->Get Window Title, and paste me the results for the Main Lobby

Yes, I have a failing to detect table. I have test with Ipokernew, Ipoker and Ipokernochat

Yep, that's good.
Please download this version v2.95e:
http://www.stackandtile.com/sat/tmp/StackAndTile_Setup-295e.exe
and use "iPokerNew" and tell me if that works
