What version of SAT are you using? And what skin are you trying to play on?

%bet doesn't work correctly https://imgur.com/a/CXmpbLq (I used hotkey %bet for this gif)
It clicks on pot size button (betsize3) then it clicks on bet box but after that it types 0.

Here is dev version 2.99.02d. This does NOT include support for GGPokerOK skin. Instead this is built off of the main public release:

Please download and Remove your custom site, and try Including the built-in "GGNetworkNew" site. That should work.
If tables are detected, then please test both the "Bet % pot" and "Bet x BB" hotkeys and let me know if they work

So, SaT recognizes tables with "GGNetworkNew"

But "Bet % pot" still have same issue https://imgur.com/a/4nToM36 It clicks on "betsize3" button, then click on "betbox" but doesn't type in correctly.

I see the problem. Clicking on the 100% BetSize button now have the "$" preceeding the amount. GGNetworkNew didn't used to have that. Please try this version 2.99.02e:

Keep in mind, the new GG client doesn't allow you to configure the betsize button to be 100% on the first open raise. So in your screenshot, SAT is calcing the % off of the "5 BB" betsize 3 button
