Configuration problem and use - Rodrigo - 11-14-2019

Hello, i've already used the full version for one month but didn't work well for me, i didn't complain or anything since the software seems to work for almost everyone, it's quite possible that i messed up something while configuring although i have read all the FAQ and tried to resolve it from there, without success, then i cancelled my suscription at the end of the month and didn't try again.

Since it's possible i might have configured it bad, i will state how i want to use the program. The main use i want is like a Cascade Stack like Stars (its good if i can stack some and send others to slots when playing but that's something i do not need too much), and i had the problem while using multisites, the tables didnt popup correctly, only the Pokerstars ones, it seems that they are higher priority in general, and sometimes i missed action and timeout, or get into a mess to try and restore the order of the tables. I just want to see the tables in default sizing, big, in one monitor (i prefer this because i can see quick and better the whole situation of the table while playing sng's or mtt's), in a stack or cascade.

It's possible to try again with your help maybe with a couple of days of free trial (i dont need much, just a couple of days to see if it works!) or figure out something like that? Thank you very much

Typically a "cascade" setup looks like this with some offset between each table:

So I'm not exactly sure what you mean by a "cascade stack". Can you elaborate? If you want the tables all directly on top of each other with no offset, then typically that's just called a "stack"

^this is possible with SaT

Right so this is the main problem that SaT is designed to solve. To allow you to play across multiple sites, while having no problems with each individual site stealing focus, and popping on top of each other, and getting misclicks.

To accomplish this, SaT grabs the button colors when you Include Site into SaT. After that, you should probably Test to make sure that SaT is correctly detecting when Action is Required for each site individually. You can do that by running this Test described on this page:

https://www.stackandtile.com/sat/help/tables-will-not-stay-stack-tables-pop-incorrectly

So the first thing to do is make sure that SaT is correctly detecting when it is your turn to act, and when it isn't. That is the #1 priority. Once that is complete, then you need to turn off the option within each poker site, to "pop up tables when action is required". We don't need the pokersite to handle that, since we are having SaT handle it.

Of course, just install the software, click the Register button, and paste me your Machine ID. I can help you further as you encounter each issue
