Montly through paypal and cards is very limited particularly in the poker world you should add a neteller/skrill/crypto option and also offer year or multi-year subscription with discounts.

Unfortunately I'm from the USA so I cannot use neteller/skrill.
I do accept Bitcoin, that's the only cryptocurrency that matters, everything else is shit and I don't want it. But with Bitcoin you have to prepay in advance since I cannot do recurring payments.
There is a discount for a 1 year subscription already. Did you see that? Or did you have something else in mind?
