How do I setup the hotkey for "check" on Bovada? There doesn't seem to be an option in the list of hotkeys, so which button does it correspond to?

The SAT hotkeys for Fold/Call/Bet will click the 1st/2nd/3rd buttons respectively on the tables. On almost all sites, including Bovada, the Check button is the 2nd/middle button, so that would correspond to the "Call" hotkey inside SAT.
The one edge case is that a lot of players like to use the same "Fold" hotkey to also click Check, so SAT tries to handle that scenario in most cases. So the "Fold" hotkey should also work.
