1.Is the always on top option with information about the number of tables and the randomiezer?
2.Can I increase the font here?(in this information box)

Yep. Click File->Current Layout, and add these lines underneath [settings] at the top:

tablecount_alwaysontop=1
table_count_popup_size=1popup size = 1, is the default, you can change that to 2,3,4,5,6 etc to increase the size
You have the Save the file, and completely close out SAT and reopen for the changes to take effect
