Well, where do i start?? u just lost me $210 because ur software literally froze every table and wouldn't let me do anything after i had just tested it on just as many tables, partypoker also froze which is their own lookout. But honest to god... I'm not only talking about poker software when i say this... YOUR SOFTWARE IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING TO USE - I HAVE EVER COME INTO CONTACT WITH. ABSOLUTELY LAUGHABLY AWFUL. IT HAS ALLLLLLLL THE TRIMMINGS OF A GREAT TOOL, BUT YOU DON'T EXPLAIN ANYTHING IN ANY OF YOUR VIDEOS, IT TOOK ME 2 HOURS TO WORK OUT HOW TO CREATE A NEW LAYOUT, WHAT'S A GRID????? WHAT'S A STACK????? MIND TELLING ME ANYWHERE EVER?????? I WOULDN'T EVEN USE IT IF YOU PAID ME TO USE IT. LET ALONE YOUR ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS ASKING PRICE OF ~25 A MONTH??????????? WHAT AM I PAYING FOR - FUCKING COMEDY???? GIVE ME A BREAK, TAKE THIS OFF THE INTERNET - YOU MIGHT ASWELL BECAUSE I'M ABOUT TO GRIIIIIIND CONVINCING EVERY SINGLE HUMAN IN THE POKER COMMUNITY THAT THIS IS THE SINGLE WORST PEICE OF SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET - NOT THE WORST PEICE OF TABLE MANAGMENT SOFTWARE... THE WORST SOFTWARE FOR POKER - EVER CREATED - TOURNAMENT INDICATOR WAS BETTER THAN THIS TRIPE.
PREPARE TO LOSE BUSINESS. TRY CREATING SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T HINDER THE PLAYER NEXT TIME. CLEAR THAT YOU'VE DONE THE ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM TO KEEP WHAT MUST BE A SMALL SUBSCRIBER BASE.

This is literally the first review like this in 10+ years of this software's life. One person in all that time. Let me think about how I want to respond to this.
