im going to the "buy" page, clicking on pay, and nothing loads.. it just stays on the same page indefinitely and doesnt change or load anything new

Do you even get to the page where it asks you for your name/address/etc?

no, I dont get to that page, I click on the button that says 17$ and then nothing happens

Hrmmm... there is no button that says $17. There is the blue "Buy Now" button which is on the Buy page. Is that what you're clicking? It should take you to this link for my payment processor:
