I use SaT mainly in stack mode only. One feature I would love to see is the ability to fold and send the table to the bottom of the stack with one hotkey.
This would be particularly useful when playing multiple Zoom tables

Try this:
Use a "Fold+Stack" hotkey
And then add this extra advanced option to your config file:
