You can use the same license key on two computers. If you've already used it on two, then I'd need to clear one to make room for your new computer. I need the email address that you signed up with.

I got ecxatly the same problem.
My email is removed@hotmail.com or maybe removed@gmail.com
But I think it is the first one.
