Disable Full Tilt layout menu with right mouse button

The title says it all. In Full Tilt client right mouse click opens a menu for layouts. I and I believe a lot of players use right button for folding hands. It's not possible to disable this option in Full Tilt settings. Would it be possible to disable this with SaT?

When you set up an RButton hotkey, SaT asks you whether or not you want to pass the click through. If you choose 'No', then this will be disabled. But then when SaT is running you will not be able to right click in other programs. Its a trade off. I wish FTP allowed us to disable it. Maybe email them and they will add an option, who knows
