I haven't tried it so I'm not sure. With table mods, it always comes down to whether or not they 1. move the button locations and 2. whether the button colors conflict with the table background. From looking at the screenshots, it seems that the buttons are in the same place, but the only way to know is to test it. It also has dark red buttons on a black background, so I would assume that that will work as well.
Worse case is that you'd have to set this up as a custom site instead of using the built-in PartyPokerModern site profile.
