Well you can always find the options on the SaT help page for the pokersite. So for partypoker, check here:

But if the tables keep flashing, and the betting buttons disappear and the graphics get messed up, it sounds like maybe the problem is that you are using Scan Mode = PW or BB in SaT's Advanced Options. I'd recommend changing that to DWM if its not already
