Sure I can config old tables not to jump into the grid but why they get detected as old tables in the first place even I didnt bust in those?

Old Tables are any table that hasn't required action within the last X minutes. It could be because you've busted, or it could be because you're sitting out, or it could be because the tournament is on a break, or it could be because people are stalling, etc. The only thing that SaT checks is the time between the last required action
