Did you update Win10 recently? I'm wondering if a Windows Update might have broken something.
How many monitors do you have?
My guess is that with the different DWM/PW scan modes, SaT is detecting action required differently. It sounds like from what you've said with DWM, SaT is always thinking that action is required. And with PW, SaT is probably always thinking action is not required. You can use the menu item for Help->Show Testing Info, and confirm that. SaT is supposed to change between YES and NO when its your turn to act or not:

Another user also had a problem with iPoker just the other day, and he had to use PW scan mode for that site all of a sudden. I don't know why, but maybe something is changing either with their software or with Windows.
Did you Remove and re-Include the site in between changing the scan modes?
