- It's SaT, I just tested it by running only PP first and then with SaT.
Is that red border SAT's highlighter border? Or PartyCaption?

SAT looks for new tables based on the text in the titlebar of the table and the window class name. For the PartyPokerModern site, SAT looks for either the blinds separator / or a string of digits enclosed in parenthesis (12345). It looks like your table, and most tournaments really, should match the 2nd.
I do notice that the buyin amount in your screenshot is 0,25 $ whereas SAT expects $0.25. To fix that, usually players need to re-install Party and choose English language during Party setup. But if that were the problem, usually SAT wouldn't detect the table at all, so I'm not sure if that is relevant in your cast.
