Remove the site, re-Include it, but before pressing F9, click the "..." button and change the Scan Mode to DWM, and then continue to Include the site.
That should stop the flashing, however you still need to confirm afterwards whether SAT is detecting action required correctly, with using Help->Show Testing Info
