Do you get an option to override that and run the program anyway?

Virustotal reports the URL as clean:
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/d5214.../detection

And the file itself is reported clean by 64/68 antivirus vendors:
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file-anal.../detection

Otherwise you'll have to wait until I make the next public release and submit the file to those random few vendors so that they can mark the file as false positive
