If I have some tables on my second monitor then S&T is not reasponding properly (on this monitor, on main everything works just fine) its acting same as on the video. It's huge improvement anyway so I will take it. But if there is any easy fix..
So if you Right Click on your desktop, and choose Display Settings, you can see the monitor settings for each screen. Are you using different scaling %s for each screen? If so, that is the cause of your problem, and there are two solutions in the link above
