Are you using a custom graphics theme? Can you show a screenshot of the table when its your turn to act and the Fold button is visible? You can use the SAT menu item for Help->Diagnostic->Take screenshot with GDIP, and then upload the file somewhere

Can you also click File->Current Layout, and paste me everything?

Those two should help me diagnose this
