Doesn't stack and tile

Jezz guys.
I fixed the issue at Party. Changing the scaling, etc....
Now GG doesnt work and PS has the same problem.
All the time I format my pc is the same thing. As a noob in pc it really suck.
Sat should fix every detail by itself.
