Can you manually resize both site's tables to the same size with your mouse?
Perhaps Bovada allows their tables to be a certain small size, but Merge will not allow their tables to go that small. Try creating a new layout (File -> New Layout) and instead use the Merge table to base the gridsize off of. Then include both sites and SaT should make both sites the same size as the Merge tables
