How did you 'cancel' ? Did you visit your subscription link? The link is located in your receipt emails. Its the second link, near the bottom of the email, and it says "Manage your subscription".

Anyway, I have cancelled your subscription for you, and I have issued you a refund. If you want to sign up for the full version, you can just do that on the website, and you'll get a new license code.
