Windows 10 problems
#1
I upgraded to Windows 10 and am having some issues. SaT is not picking up 888 at all. iPoker is also not working properly. Has SaT been tested in the Windows 10 environment?

P.S Windows 10 is excellent.

I have not yet tested it on Windows 10. I too have heard good things about it

What do you mean by "not picking up 888 at all"? Do you mean when you try to Include Site, the table doesn't match? Apparently 888 has two separate clients out. Can you try uninstalling and redownloading from the 888 site?

As for iPoker, my guess is that the problem is the dpi-scaling in Windows 10. This problem was introduced in Windows 8.1, but Microsoft still gave a checkbox in the control panel to fix it. However, as far as I can tell, there is no way to do it in Windows 10. Please see this page, and confirm for me if that checkbox exists in Win 10:

If not, can you try changing the display scaling to 100% and see if that fixes it? Or, make sure all displays have the same scaling percentage?

No links/images/html in this forum?

Anyway, the closest thing re the dpi scaling is a box which allows 'custom sizing options'. You can scale from a % of normal size using a slider. So I think the answer to the first question is "no you can't".

What about the first screenshot in the Win10 link above? If its like Win8, its in the PC Settings metro app, rather than in the Control Panel:

No couldn't find anything like that.

I actually tried to run SaT today with just Pokerstars and it keeps crashing the GUI every 1-3 minutes. Interestingly, TableNinja does the same thing.

Something worth noting that's different about Windows10 is the tables have a little space between them when they are tiled.

I changed the theme to Aero and clicked DWIM mode and Pokerstars hasn't crashed as yet. Before I think it was PW mode and Windows theme.

What about this iPoker issue? Made a 58s vid (skip to 30 seconds to see the issue) showing how iPoker won't attach to the grid and malfunctions SaT.

Yep I see the problem. SaT is continually trying to resize the table to match the grid slot size. Probably the problem is related to the gaps in your pokerstars tables. Have you tried removing and re-Including the sites? Do that first and see if that fixes it. If not, you can try creating a whole new layout with File->New Layout, and when it asks you to press F7 to define your grid slot size, first resize a table slightly with your mouse, and then press F7, and the Include your sites and see if it works
