Yes that is a known issue:

4. The "Bet x bb" hotkeys won't work on Party tournaments, if the blinds aren't displayed in the title bar of the tables.

As you can see for your MTT table:

The blinds are not shown, so SaT doesn't know how to calculate a "Bet x BB"
