Free mode doesnt work after i end subscription

I have ended my subscription 2 months ago but know i would like to practise again..
But the tables arent recognized and do not go in the slots what can i do to play again?

What site and gametype are you playing? If SaT cannot determine the stakes, then the Free mode won't work

Pokerstars and before even when I played playmoney tables they would go in the slots..
But for now i tested a few 2x shootout 4 max tables and it didn't work.

Can you test 0.01/0.02 cash games and see?

Just test it on 01/02 cash and it worked.. I think you were right about not determine the stakes. Thx for the support!

Ok, so for the shootout tables that failed..

Can you use the menu item for "Help -> Diagnostic -> Get Window Title" and paste me the results?

Then I can try to see if I can determine the stakes
