Is it possible to make  different hotkeys 3bet size like 2.5x 2.7x 3x in SaT ?

Unfortunately no, that would require SaT to be able to read/scan/detect the original opening raise size..

The closest thing you could do is a "Bet x BB" hotkey. Maybe set up a "Bet 6 bb" hotkey, and then set up an "Increase Bet" hotkey and change the increment to something small so that you can get something close to what you want..
