this is my settings.....the only difference here is yours says 800x600 res and mine is 1013x600...i tried changing to 800x600 but it keeps coming back

Hrmmm 1013x600 might be a problem, but then again, if you are sure that the actionrequired test is passing, then everything should be good. But 1013x600 seems like a very weird proportion. If BOL has some type of casino bar on the table, you'll want to turn that off
