f9 not detected

Hi, I am looking to give this program another try as I am playing more tables lately.

I am playing on Ignition and Winning Poker Network. However, as I try for site setup, f9 is not being detected (on either site). If I recall, that part
worked fine on my other computer when I used this in the past.  Any advice?
