Remove 'BovadaBodog' and Include new site 'BodogIgnition'

Some caveats:

1. If you get the "Button detected as black" error message during Include Site setup when you press F10, then you should cancel and go into Advanced Options and change the Scan Mode to "PW" and then try again.

If you still get the 'black' error message, and are using Win10, please try solution #2 on this page:

Ultimately we need the site to pass this Test:

2. If you get the "FAILURE RESIZING" error when you press Start after successfully Including the site, that is because of this bug within Bodog where the tables grow in size after you try to drag and drop them:

The only solution that I've found is to change your scaling within Windows to 100%. But that doesn't seem to work for everyone

My only complaint is that the tables don't shrink down like they used to but I imagine that's impossible to fix.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they made the tables larger in this update. You can try resizing with your mouse without using SaT at all and see that they limit how small a table can go

Do I uninstall the stack and tile on my computer and then click on version 2.94 you posted above? Or, how do I update SaT to include BodogIgnition
