Is there possibility to set a hotkey for 3beting original raiser for: 2.8x 3x 2.5x etc. of hes raise?

No there is not unfortunately. However, you could use the "BetSizeX" hotkeys, which will bet a % of the pot if you configure the betting preset buttons within the site itself:
