This usually shouldn't happen, because SaT should "take over" those keys. The only way I think it would happen is if you are using the ~ prefix for the hotkey keyname within SaT, which would instruct SaT to also pass the keypress to the underlying window.
But it should be the same as if you were using any letters, and then tried to chat or something, those letters wouldn't work.
Does this happen for all sites or only Party? And are those 456789 hotkeys for "BetSizeX" or "Bet x BB" or what?
Another thing you can try is to turn off SaT's Advanced Option to "Focus Betbox when possible" to try to work around it
