tile dont work properly

well, know none of my layouts work anymore. I tried reinstalling and creating a new layout. The new layout works a short amount of time and then I have got the same probs. The tables are in the tile mode unmoveable. They just stick to their places. I can't exchange or move them anymore. Pls help me.
