Ok I think I see the problem. I accidentally removed the dragdrop advanced option in 2.98.07

Can you download and install this version v2.98.07h and then go into SaT's Advanced Options and make sure to turn the "Drag drop swap slots" option back on, then click Save, and then let me know if it works:
