I'm not sure why this would be happening only in this new update. Does it happen every time? It sounds like a problem with a specific site where SaT has to take over the mouse to click and drag in order to resize the table. During that time (like when opening a new table), its best to try not to move the mouse much

Can you click File->Current Layout and paste me everything?
