What is the possibility of adding a feature for automatic SNG registration? 

Just like Table Otmizer (simple software that I used but came to an end  ) or Table Ninja ...

Right now the possibility is low. A feature like that seems like it is out of the scope of StackAndTile. That would be specific to SNG players only, not for cash or MTT players, and also it would be a lot of work to support that across all poker clients. If a crowdfund campaign showed a lot of interest, then perhaps it would make financial sense to put in the time and work, but I would guess that is unlikely. This sort of feature would only be used by a handful professional SNG players only
