The bet x bb hotkey doesn't seem to work when I have selected the stack in BBs on GGpoker. 

For example: if i use the bet 2.5bb hotkey at bb1000 the betbox does not adjust it to BB's and simply bet 2500bbs instead of 2.5x.

SaT grabs the blind size from the titlebar of the table. It currently does not detect if you are displaying stacks in BBs. The same problem exists on Stars, Party, Winamax as far as I know. You'll need to keep stack sizes displayed in real values.

Alternatively you can try using other hotkeys like BetSizeX or BetPot%
