Skypoker Custom

I have made a custom Skypoker that works fine on smaller tables (20 per monitor) but no matter if I use a new custom or try the old one I can't get it to work properly with 12 tables filling out my monitor. The hotkeys are now completely messed up and fold will end up doing call, call doing raise etc. 
Is there a way I can fix this or am I just out of luck once tables reach a certain size?

Sorry, I made a new layout and for some reason it is working now.

Ok. Some sites change their proportions weirdly, in which case, you'd need to go through the Custom Site Wizard again for the new larger table size. That's the only other thing I can think of
