cant buy SaT

I tried buying a subcribtion to SaT but it doesnt let me, I tried paying with credit card and it show up a mistake every time, the credit card have money to pay without problem

What mistake is it showing? Do you get an error message? Can you show me a screenshot?

Can you try clearing your browser cache and if that still doesn't work, then trying a new browser altogether?
