chico setup

i'm trying to configure stack and tile to work with betonline (chico network). when i try to match the video settings shown on the SaT chico help page (http://www.stackandtile.com/sat/chicovideo.png) i am unable to click "hide windows switcher." the button is grayed out and restarting the client didn't change anything. SaT doesn't appear to work with chico without this setting checked and i'm wondering if anyone has encountered this problem or has any suggestions

What does your table look like? Does it have the switcher bar at the bottom? Perhaps your skin doesn't even show the switcher bar anyway, so that's why the setting is grayed out.

If SAT successfully 1. folded when pressing F10 during Include Site setup, and 2. passes the Action Required test, then everything should be good:

not sure what the switcher is but i'm pretty sure i don't have it on betonline. SAT did succesfully fold and i thought the setup went thorugh perfectly, but the first time i used SaT i discovered my only BOL table hiding in my stack that had run out of timebank and been sitting out/auto folding because it wasn't being read and moved into a tile properly

Yes it doesn't look like you have the switcher bar. If tables aren't popping up, please see this page. let me know:
