в прошлых версиях ни когда не было такой проблемы, уже пол года пользуюсь программой

Do you get any error message when the problem happens?

I wonder if there is some problem with the software connecting to the internet to check the license code. But that shouldn't happen every hour BTW: from your config file, you should Remove WinningPoker and re-Include the site, but before pressing F9, click the "..." button and choose scan mode = PW
