Here's what I'd like you to do. Click File->Current Layout, and add this line underneath [settings]

...

Save the file and completely close out SAT and reopen

Then play your session normally

When SAT stops working and you get this problem, close out SAT with the X button like you said, and then go to this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\StackAndTile\

Find the file "logg.txt" and send me an email to support(at)stackandtile(dot)com and attach that file
