Bovada stack and tile

Hi, I am ne to SAT and am having just one problem.  The HUD that I use is not attached to the table to Bovada, SAT seems to identify it as another table.  I can tell because on the main tab o SAT I see double the amount of tables listed as I actually have Is this a common issue that can be fixed or is this unusual.  Thanks

I have Bovada, Black Chip Poker, Chico and GG set up.  I use HM3 as a HUD with the ace poker solution card catcher

Sometimes those card catchers create a fake PokerStars table so that the HUD can work. Can you ask them what they are doing?

Also, can you click File->Current Layout in SAT and paste me everything?

I'd like to fix this problem

Thanks. Are you sure the problem happens with Bovada? Like, if you only open 1 bovada table, does SAT report 2 ? Can you try it with only 1 Chico table as well?

Yes, just tried hat you suggested and only Bovada had 2 tables in SAT

Does HM HUD not support Bovada natively? And thats why you need to use the Ace card catcher?

HM3 has a Bovada hand grabber in beta, but it is not as reliable as Ace right now

Can you ask Ace what kind of fake table they create to allow the HUD to work?

Or maybe you know what HH format they are using from what other site to make it HM compatible?
