Hey, I have a problem with Chico software.
I have just set up a new layout, stacked-only. I have set Partypoker, Ipoker and Chico.
Right when session started there was an issue - it always kept one specific Chico table (first one that opened) at the very top of the stack. It also prevented any other tables to get to the front of the stack, even another Chico table. I use BetOnline for Chico, if that matters. Right now I have just IPoker and Partypoker open and it works as I wish.
I have also put exactly the settings as suggested in my chico software. Just the option under Video/Multiple Window Mode/Hide Windows Switcher I can not turn on, nothing happens when I click it.
Is there any way to resolve this problem?
Also one more thing - since a couple weeks us germans have a Partypoker.de client. It seems like Stack&Tile is not updated to this yet, all tables are recognized etc. but it does not resize the tables to the desired size (which is not too big of an issue, but something to take a look at).

Is there any way to resolve this problem? It sounds like SAT is thinking that your Chico tables always require action. You can confirm that by running the Test on this page:

First thing to do is to try Removing and re-Including the site. If that doesn't work, can you paste me a screenshot of the table when its your turn to act?

The latest version 2.99.11 should work with the new Party.DE client. If the tables are being detected, thats a good thing. Are the tables moved into the grid slots? Have you tried Removing and re-Including the site to see if that fixes the size issue?
I did the test as described. I missed making the screenshot when it's my turn to act, but it didn't change anything anyways. While re-setting ut up also everything worked - the table got resized to my desired size, and the acts with the F-buttons also worked without any problems. However also it shows 0 tables detected, which is strange.

0 tables is not good
Can you use the menu item for Help->Diagnostic->Get Window Title, and paste me the result for the main Chico lobby?

Oh, Play Money games won't be detected if you are on the Small Stakes license. That explains the 0 tables. Try micro cash game
I'm curious to see a screenshot when its your turn to act to see what colors the action buttons are

Yeah that should work. The problem with 0 tables was that its a play money game, and you are probably on the Small Stakes license. Try micro cash game
I have re-entered Party and Chico to the Layout now. Chico and IPoker seem to work fine now, now Party is bugging around though  It has recognized all tables (I had 9 tables up in total, 3 at each site, as shown my SaT). Ipoker and Chico both worked fine during the hands I played, Chico not resizing quite as big as IPoker, but that is fine, tables popped up in order, that's most important.
However, on Party: - the table you see at the very upper left was the first Party table I opened. It resized correctly, but it has not put itself into the stack
- the 2nd table I opened resized itself and put into stack as wished
- 3rd table is the one that you can see bugging in the screenshot. That one also doesn't pop up when it's my turn, the other 2 did.

With those weird graphics on that one table, that would explain why the table wasnt popping up correctly. When tables don't resize or redraw correctly, you can always resize the table a little bit with your mouse, and then SAT will see the wrong size, and attempt to resize it again. Maybe that will work.
You might also run into problems with the stakes on those cash games. SAT doesn't support that format that is shown, and on Party, typically thats fixed by re-installing the client, and choosing "English" as the language during setup.

just want to say that re-setting Chico, IPoker and Party worked, everything works not at these sites, thanks.
However, I also added Stars to the Layout now and that is bugging around.
At the beginning of my session it worked fine, but after some time it just started not recognizing sometimes when it was my turn to act. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't- In this screenshot an example of when it didn't work:

Is there anything I can do to ensure it doesn't start bugging out midsession again? Should I just set it up once more like the other sites? I could move this one table out of the stack but this doesn't work for multiple tables (it will just replace the moved-out-table, putting the other one back in the stack). I also tried stopping & restarting Stacck&Tile midsession and while the other 3 sites worked again perfectly after restarting, it didn't fix the issue with Stars.
