ACR Raise problem

When you make a raise, it is rare that the wrong raise is made. An example: raise to 3bb then raise to 6bb or even much higher. And this has happened often enough that it can not be a mistake on my part.

I have set 3bb.

How frequently does this happen?

Does it happen on cash or tournament or both?

Are you auto-clicking Bet for these hotkeys as well? If so, can you turn that off, so that we can see what gets input into the betbox when the error occurs?

I only play cash game so this only happens there.
It happens a few times but not often.
And if I turn it off that I immediately raise then it is still displayed that I should or can raise to 10bb example.
