I think that is not a SaT Problem. I had the same problem tables are freezed sometimes. Try to deinstall 888 and download the new version from the Homepage. Atfer that the last few sessions it worked fine for me.

After 1-2 min of playing it gets really laggy. Once I remove 888 everything works fine again.

To stop the lag, you have to Remove the site from SAT altogether? Or just close the tables?

I had all sites included (also 888) but I only started to play on 888 which works. Once I play on other sites the lags occurred again.
