The only "solution" right now is a workaround: to use the Old Tables feature. I've asked you a few times now if you have that configured. Can you click File->Current Layout, and paste me everything?
You can test it to see if the Old Tables feature works. Open one table, wait for one action required, put the table back in the stack, and then sit out. After 5 minutes of sitting out (configurable in Advanced Options), SAT should move the table into the grid, so you can see that you're sitting out.
As for WHY you get sat out to begin with, I don't know. Could be a bug where SAT is not detecting that action is required. Could also be that you have too many tables and your grid is full and the table pops up in the stack but you miss it.
