Winamax update

Ok here is the first development version:

Currently there is no support for blinds detection, which will mean that the "Bet x BB" hotkeys do not work currently.

version 'r' fixes some bugs with the "Bet Pot%" hotkey, the Fold hotkey will now Check for free, also the "Bet x BB" hotkey should work

You can Remove your existing "Winamax" site from SAT, and then Include the new site "WinamaxNew"
