So I was/am using 2.99.19-highDPI 

Diagnostic on the table that wasn't recognized

I tried a couple of different formats - a play money SNG and a $1 spin and they were detected but quickly both led to this error message:

If I try adding PokerStars Mercury, on pressing F9 I get this:
