GG poker popup
#1
Already saw couple posts that GG smart focus is broken and overrides stack and tiles which means GG room cannot work with others when using stack/stack and tile feature. Talked multiple times with GG support, but i doubt they are going to fix this from their side. Maybe some kind of workaround could be implemented in SAT for this issue?

The only work around is to keep the GG tables in the grid and lock them there using the "Keep table in grid" hotkey. Then the tables will never return to the stack.

Another alternative is to run two instances of SAT, and in the 2nd instance, have a separate stack/grid just for GG site only. You'd want to make sure those slots don't overlap any of the slots in the 1st instance.

Neither are great solutions but there's not much that can be done if GG refuses to allow you to turn off all table popup

there is nothing that SAT can do

if any poker site does not have the option inside their client settings to turn off "Pop up table when action required", then that site will naturally compete with SAT when tables are stack on top of each other

the only way stacking tables works (whether in SAT or any other software) is by turning off that option in all sites, and allowing SAT to handle the popping up of tables on its own

who really knows what GG's "Smart Focus" setting does.. you can test it yourself without SAT and try different variations with that setting turned on and off, and see if the GG tables will pop up and take focus from a web browser, or from another GG table, or from a table from another site. and yes as you noted complaining to support doesn't usually go anywhere, but there is nothing else to do really. need to keep complaining and keep escalating
